Each month, X-Factored Youth, in partnership with The Character Company, works with young boys from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, united by one common challenge—absent fathers.
Our collaboration with The Character Company focuses on nurturing these boys into strong, capable men. Through a unique blend of mentorship, engaging activities, and meaningful fellowship, we are dedicated to equipping them with the tools they need to thrive. We firmly believe that the future is bright for these young individuals.
It’s a well-known fact that only men can truly guide boys into becoming men. We urge men to step up and mentor a young boy in your community, helping to reduce gender-based violence (GBV) and foster leadership in our neighborhoods. Together, we can create a positive impact and shape the leaders of tomorrow.
