X-Factored Youth has been dedicated to empower the youth by creating opportunities aimed at developing their social entrepreneurial ventures.
The vision at X-Factored Youth is to build leaders among youth across South Africa through mentorship, empowerment initiatives and partnering with social development programs.
With the increasing complexity of the global market, most youth in South Africa may struggle to get employment or may even lack the opportunities to take part in skill upliftment initiatives which would later help in pursuing their career. This has led X-Factored Youth to carry the mission of providing essential skills among youth not only for them to participate in the global market, but to also help them “X-cel” as well!
The objective is to foster capabilities in young South Africans to be ready to seize any career-growing opportunities that are presented to them. Thus, we provide services tailored to international exchanges, personalized development and upliftment initiatives such as the X-Factored Youth School Mentorship Program; Hot Topics Workshops; Youth Camps; Youth International Volunteers, Life Orientation and other mentoring programs tailored for specific youth development interventions.
